H.E. Thabo Mbeki, Former President of the Republic of South Africa addresses participants during his Public Q&A session on 19th January 2012, Makerere University, Kampala Uganda.

His Excellency Thabo Mbeki, Former President of the Republic of South Africa visited Makerere University on 19th January 2012 and hosted a Public Question and Answer session, as part of a Makerere Institute of Social Research (MISR) organised two-day conference.  

President Thabo Mbeki prior to the Q&A session had delivered a Keynote Address on the MISR Conference theme "The Architecture of Post-Cold War Africa: Between Internal Reform and External Intervention". President Mbeki after his brief presentation answered questions from participants such as Mr. Robert Kabushenga-C.E.O Vision Group, Prof. Joe Oloka Onyango-School of Law, Mr. Andrew Mwenda-Managing Director,The Independent, Mr. Andrew Rugasira-Entrepreneur and Businessman-Good African Coffee, Dr. Sylvia Tamale-School of Law including students.
