Students of Food Science and Technology, CAES participate in fruit processing as part of the Internship Exhibition on 8th August 2014 at MUARIK, Wakiso, Uganda.

Following the Makerere University Council Policy to outsource catering services in the University, four firms were contracted to provide catering services through six food centres with effect from August 16, 2014

  1. Venus Meas Enterprises – University Hall
  2. Rema Restaurant and Take Away – Nkrumah Hall
  3. Finaland Bars and Restaurant – Mary Stuart Hall
  4. Bbosa Institutional Catering Services – Africa Hall
  5. Bbosa Institutional Catering Services – Galloway House
  6. Bbosa Institutional Catering Services – Kabanyolo Hostel
